The Camp Boss will be responsible for ensuring smooth camp operations, maintaining discipline, managing housekeeping, catering services, and ensuring compliance with health and safety standards. This role requires strong leadership, organizational skills, and the ability to manage a multicultural workforce.
Qualifications & Experience:
Minimum 2-5 years of experience as a Camp Boss or similar role in construction or labor camps, preferably in the UAE.
Strong knowledge of accommodation standards.
Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage a diverse, multicultural workforce.
Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
Familiarity with health and safety standards and UAE labor laws.
Ability to work under pressure and handle emergencies effectively.
Immediate joiners preferred.
