Job Description

Responsible for the day-to-day operations of a camp, overseeing staff and managing resources to ensure the camp runs efficiently and safely. They ensure the camp meets health and safety standards, coordinate activities, and manage and monitor the camp budget.

To run all the daily activities in the labor accommodation in compliance with company and camp rules and regulations.

Maintains at labor camp a safe environment that minimizes hazards and contributes to the well-being of manpower. Takes action to prevent or resolve safety hazards and continually pursues new developments to improve safety/environment. Regularly communicates safety and environmental awareness as a priority. Maintains daily records for all workers residing in camp. Reports to office on daily basis absenteeism and sick/medical reports. Makes sure that no workers are transferred to any site/camp without prior approval Reports on monthly basis the camp spaces occupied by other branches labors for invoicing purposes. Developing and implementing camp policies and procedures Supervising and training camp staff Maintaining a safe and enjoyable environment for campers Ensuring health and safety regulations are adhered to

Pay: AED1.00 per month

Dubai: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (Preferred)
Experience:

* CAMP BOSS: 4 years (Preferred)
