Maintains discipline in the camp and to follow company/camp policies.
Keeping track of camp man days and sending daily and monthly reports to the HR Department.
Reporting of daily absenteeism to HR/Admin team along with the valid reason for each instance.
Ability to Coordinate with the HR team and construction Sites.
Monitor and prevent illegal activities strictly prohibited by the U.A.E government like smoking, alcohol consumption, chewing tobacco, or any other harmful activities and substances.
