Job Description
Responsible for the safety, security, maintenance, upkeep of the camp and wellbeing of the employees. Responsible for the operation of camps having the total manpower from different nationalities. Maintaining & ordering food data for new joiner & in the end preparing & submitting the food breakup with proper justification. Maintaining the petty cash for the camp. Implementing the ideas for cost control. Monitor departure of the employees to sites. Maintain and update the company staff\xe2\x80\x99s data. Documentation Maintaining the accommodation standard to match with requirement of Dubai Municipality. Daily Checking and preparing absenteeism report and same updating to the Hr./ Admin and Site Departments. Following up for the sick staff for medical and claims. Spreading the awareness in the employee related to the accommodation on different topics. Preparing / maintaining stock report. Preparing the timesheet for employee working in camp.
