Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and responsible Camp Boss to manage and supervise day-to-day operations of a labor accommodation camp in Qatar. The ideal candidate should ensure smooth camp operations, compliance with company and government regulations, and maintain a safe, hygienic, and disciplined living environment for employees.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily operations of the labor camp and ensure smooth functioning

Manage accommodation, room allocation, and occupancy records

Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and proper maintenance of camp facilities

Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, catering, and security teams

Handle employees' camp-related issues and grievances professionally

Monitor discipline and enforce camp rules and regulations

Ensure compliance with Qatar Labor Law and Ministry of Municipality camp standards

Coordinate with HR and site teams for employee movement, joining, and exit

Maintain camp records including attendance, incidents, and inventory

Ensure health & safety standards are followed at all times

Liaise with external vendors and service providers when required

Report daily/weekly camp status to management

Requirements & Qualifications:

Minimum 3-5 years experience as a Camp Boss or similar role in Qatar

Strong knowledge of labor camp management and local regulations

Good leadership and people management skills

Ability to handle large manpower strength

Basic computer knowledge (Excel, reports, emails)

Good communication skills in English (Arabic/Hindi/Malayalam is an advantage)

Ability to work under pressure and handle emergencies

Valid Qatar ID (QID) with transferable sponsorship preferred

Preferred Skills:

Problem-solving and conflict management

Strong organizational and reporting skills

Experience in FM, construction, or manpower companies

Understanding of HSE and hygiene standards

Pay: QAR3,000.00 per month
