Responsible for the overall management of camp operations with more than 2000 workers.
This includes supervising and coordinating the activities of camp and overseeing the safety, security and medical issues of campers.
Ensure that the camp meets all applicable health and safety regulations and is compliant with all applicable laws and regulations.
Responsible for scheduling food deliveries to the sites and coordinate the scheduling of transportation to/from the airport.
Maintains and update the headcount for all employees staying in the accommodation.
Maintaining camp facilities and equipment, monitors the welfare compliance of all the employees and reports any noncompliance to HR for proper corrective action.
Must have excellent communications skills and be able to effectively communicate with campers. preferably multilingual who can communicate in Hindi, Urdu, English etc.
Minimum 5 years experience in similar role.
Available in Doha for an interview,
