Job Description

We are looking for a Camp Boss who is accountable for the effective management and continuous improvement of all company-operated labor camps, ensuring a safe, compliant, and dignified living environment for the workforce. By collaborating cross-functionally with relevant teams, the Camp People Lead drives operational excellence and contributes directly to the organization's commitment to workforce well being and social responsibility

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES



Camp Operations & Oversight


- Oversee the daily operations of all company-managed labour camps, ensuring compliance with internal policies, health and safety regulations, and government standards.

Conduct regular inspections of camp facilities (accommodation, hygiene, food services, recreation areas, etc.) and ensure immediate resolution of issues

Welfare & Well-being Management


- Ensure the availability of adequate facilities within the camp.

- Proactively address labours' concerns related to living conditions and escalate critical matters to relevant departments.

Compliance & Risk Management


- Ensure strict compliance with labour laws, municipality guidelines, and standards set by regulatory authorities.

Maintain proper documentation, including inspection reports, incident records, grievance logs, and regulatory submissions

Development & Continuous Improvement


- Identify opportunities to upgrade camp infrastructure and services based on labour feedback, inspection outcomes, and best practices.

Prepare improvement proposals with cost estimates and coordinate with relevant departments for execution

3. QUALIFICATIONS

Diploma or equivalent qualification in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field Certification in Occupational Health & Safety, Camp Management, or Welfare Compliance is highly preferred Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive experience in managing labor accommodations, welfare programs, or similar large-scale workforce accommodation operations. Proven experience in handling multicultural workforce environments and coordinating with cross-functional teams Demonstrated track record of ensuring regulatory compliance, welfare standards, and grievance resolution
