Key Responsibilities
Supervise daily camp operations, housekeeping, and maintenance Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and safety compliance Manage worker accommodation, attendance, and room allocation Coordinate transportation, and utilities Address worker issues and report to management
Requirements
Previous experience as Camp Boss or similar role Knowledge of UAE labor camp regulations Strong leadership and communication skills Basic computer skills
