We are looking for an experienced Camp Boss to manage and supervise all camp operations, ensuring the proper accommodation, welfare, and discipline of all camp residents. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in camp management within the construction or oil & gas sector in the UAE or GCC region.
Responsibilities:
Supervise daily camp operations including housekeeping, maintenance, and catering.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards.
Maintain accurate records of camp occupancy, maintenance requests, and supplies.
Coordinate with HR and Admin for arrivals, departures, and room allocations.
Handle grievances and ensure smooth communication among staff and workers.
Monitor and control camp expenses, utilities, and consumables.
Supervise camp staff (cleaners, cooks, maintenance) to ensure efficiency and discipline.
Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of experience as a Camp Boss in the UAE or GCC.
Strong leadership and organizational skills.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Familiar with camp management systems and hygiene standards.
Ability to manage a multicultural workforce.
Only Arab nationality
