Camp Boss
to manage our staff accommodations and ensure smooth daily operations.
Responsibilities:
Supervise and manage the overall operations of the labor camp.
Ensure camp cleanliness, hygiene, and maintenance.
Handle allocation of rooms and maintain updated records.
Coordinate with HR/Admin for employee needs and camp-related issues.
Enforce company policies, safety rules, and discipline.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Camp Boss in the UAE (construction/subcontracting preferred).
Good communication and organizational skills.
Ability to manage multicultural staff.
Basic computer knowledge (Excel/Word) is an advantage.
