Job Description
Qualifications:
At least 3 years experience in managing large-scale camps Strong leadership and communication skills Ability to handle work under pressure
Key Responsibilities:
Manage all aspects of camp operations, including accommodation, housekeeping, catering, security, and facility maintenance. Ensure the highest standards of hygiene, safety, and compliance with local regulations. Supervise camp staff and service providers to maintain discipline and efficiency. Handle inventory, supplies, and consumables for camp operations. Address residents' issues and provide solutions to maintain morale and satisfaction. Prepare reports on camp status, occupancy, and requirements.
