The Camp Boss is responsible for the overall management and smooth operation of the camp facility. This includes overseeing accommodation, catering, housekeeping, maintenance, and ensuring the health, safety, and well-being of all camp residents.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate all camp activities, staff, and services.
Ensure camp facilities are clean, safe, and properly maintained.
Manage catering and housekeeping teams to deliver high-quality services.
Monitor inventory of supplies and coordinate procurement as needed.
Handle daily logistics including room assignments, transportation, and scheduling.

Act as the main point of contact for camp-related issues and emergencies.
