Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily camp operations, staff accommodations, housekeeping, catering, and maintenance.
Ensure hygiene, safety, and cleanliness across all camp areas.
Monitor and manage camp inventory, supplies, and utilities.
Supervise camp staff and coordinate with admin, logistics, and HR teams.
Handle discipline, resolve issues, and maintain a healthy work environment.
Maintain accurate records of occupancy, maintenance requests, and inspections.
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience as a Camp Boss in the UAE or GCC.
Strong personality with leadership and crisis-management skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other basic computer applications.
Ability to communicate in English (Arabic/Hindi/Urdu is a plus).
Knowledge of UAE labor laws, camp compliance, and municipality requirements.
Preferred Background:
Previous experience managing large labor camps (500+ workers).
Familiarity with catering, pest control, and maintenance contracts.

Pay: Up to AED2,500.00 per month
