Efficiently manage different labor accommodations of the company giving due priority to the convenience and welfare of the employees living in the accommodation.
Manage and motivate the team of camp bosses and their day-to-day tasks and reporting.
Give periodic necessary training to the camp bosses and other camp staff to maintain discipline in the camp without compromising employee welfare.
Ensure that all facilities of the camp comply with the respective UAE laws and regulations.
Ensure that all labor accommodations are in good living condition, by appropriately addressing all maintenance, hygiene and cleanliness matters on time.
Discuss and negotiate with camp management to adhere to maintenance and other needs of the employees.
Identify and maintain databases of different approved labor accommodation available in the region with their capacity, rent, location, room availability, etc. to avail them when needed.

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
