AdFlix is hiring a technically proficient

Camera man

with strong

editing skills

and a solid grasp of

social media content formats

. This is a hybrid, hands-on role ideal for someone who understands both

on-set workflow

and

post-production

, and knows how to create content that performs online.

Responsibilities

Support camera operations: rig setup, lens swaps, battery/media management (Sony FX30 and similar) Assist in lighting setup and basic grip work (softboxes, LED panels, stands, etc.) Handle on-set data wrangling and organized backups Operate B-cam during multi-cam shoots Edit footage for YouTube, Instagram Reels, and TikTok Deliver videos optimized for platform specs and trends Apply transitions, subtitles, motion graphics, basic color correction Maintain organized project files and delivery timelines

Required Skills

Experience with Sony FX Series or similar mirrorless/DSLR cinema systems Proficiency in Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro Familiarity with After Effects or motion graphic tools is a plus Basic color grading (LUTs, scopes), sound syncing, and audio clean-up Strong file management and workflow discipline

Bonus (Nice to Have)

Knowledge of trending short-form content styles Experience shooting vertical video and fast-paced edits Design skills for thumbnails or post visuals

Qualifications

1-3 years experience in video production or editing Clear understanding of set protocols and post-production timelines Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines Portfolio or reel required

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
