Job Description
Duties and Responsibilities
Receiving and Operations Tasks
Directly receive camel meat from approved slaughterhouses, including being present in Abu Dhabi and Al Wathba slaughterhouses to follow up on slaughtering and receiving procedures, ensuring that quantities meet quality standards and required certificates.
Sales and Distribution Tasks
Sell and market camel meat across approved outlets, ensuring high product availability with no shortages.
Open new markets and increase the number of outlets to enhance market share and boost sales.
Administrative and Financial Tasks
Collect cash amounts daily from outlets, ensuring proper procedures and verifying that revenues match issued invoices.
Prepare and submit daily reports covering operations, sales, and collections accurately and on the same day.
Conduct weekly reconciliation with the Finance Department, including submitting all operational records and original invoices, and reviewing any discrepancies.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
