Responsibilities:
  • Customer Support:
  • Handle escalated customer inquiries and issues with professionalism and efficiency.
  • Provide expert-level assistance to customers through various channels, including phone, email, and chat.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex customer problems, ensuring a positive resolution.
  • Product and Service Knowledge:
  • Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of our products and services to effectively address customer queries.
  • Stay informed about product updates, new features, and industry trends to provide accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Problem Solving:
  • Analyze and identify the root cause of customer issues, offering creative and effective solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical or service-related issues promptly.
  • Customer Relationship Management:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through effective communication and problem resolution.
  • Proactively engage with customers to gather feedback, address concerns, and enhance their overall experience.
  • Quality Assurance:
  • Conduct quality assurance checks on customer interactions to ensure consistency and adherence to service standards.
  • Provide constructive feedback to junior team members to support their continuous improvement.
  • Documentation:
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions, including issues raised, solutions provided, and follow-up actions.
  • Contribute to the development and improvement of customer support documentation.
Qualifications:
  • Experience:
  • Proven experience in a customer service role, with a focus on handling escalated issues.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar capacity.
  • Communication Skills:
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to convey technical information in a clear and understandable manner.
  • Problem-Solving Skills:
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Demonstrated ability to think critically and make sound decisions under pressure.
  • Product Knowledge:

  • Quick learner with the ability to adapt to changes in products and procedures.

Education:
  • high school degree or above
