Call Centre Representative - Dermatology/Aesthetics

Key Responsibilities
Patient Communication
: Answer incoming calls, provide accurate information on dermatology/aesthetic services, treatments, and policies.
Appointment Scheduling
: Manage booking, rescheduling, and cancellations specifically for aesthetic procedures such as Botox, fillers, lasers, skin consultations, etc.
Patient Support
: Guide callers on pre-treatment preparations (e.g., patch tests, skin care regimens) and post-treatment care recommendations.
CRM & Documentation
: Enter and update patient details, maintain accurate call logs, and document treatment histories.
Team Liaison
: Coordinate with aesthetic practitioners, nurses, and admin staff to relay updates on appointment availability and patient notes.
Upselling & Cross?Selling
: Identify opportunities to promote additional treatments, packages, or skincare products relevant to dermatology clients (following clinic-approved scripts).
Complaint Resolution
: Handle patient concerns with empathy, escalating to supervisors when necessary.
Performance Monitoring
: Achieve and report on metrics such as call volume, handling time, and patient satisfaction.
Qualifications & Skills
Language Proficiency
: Fluent in
Hindi

Healthcare Call Centre Experience
: 1-3 years, ideally including exposure to dermatology or aesthetic services.
Dermatology/Aesthetic Knowledge
: Familiarity with common treatments, prep and aftercare, and terminology in aesthetics.
Technical Skills
: Comfortable with appointment systems, CRM platforms, and Microsoft Office tools.
Customer Service
: Highly professional, patient-oriented, with strong interpersonal and multitasking skills.
Communication
: Clear, empathetic, and accurate information sharing.
Desired Experience
Medical Setting
: Experience in medical or clinic environments, especially within dermatology or aesthetic contexts.
