Call Center Specialist: Job Accountabilities:

Perform the entire sales cycle including adding new clients, relationship management, contracts negotiations, payment collection.
Managing in-bound and out-bound calls, awareness of time-management and handling your job responsibilities.
Identifying the needs of clients, facilitating the selection of the right package or services.
Professional English verbal and written communication skills on WhatsApp and email.
Work within clearly outlined KPI\xe2\x80\x99s and targets.
Work effectively as part of a team to ensure the sale is completed and customer satisfaction is met throughout the transaction.
Ensure a high level of quality standard and attention to detail is applied throughout, and the correct information is obtained from the customer for the use of contracts, changes in services, and renewals.
Display exceptional product and service knowledge, taking pride in the company you work for and our product and service at all times.
Maintaining fruitful relationships with existing and new customers.

Qualifications and Experience Required:

BA or MA in Business, Marketing, HR, Hospitality, Tourism, or IT.
Outstanding English /Arabic Language (Bilingual).
3 Years of UAE experience.
Minimum 5-years of client management experience (derived from hotel and hospitality, facilities management, Medical services sales, marketing, other service industries).
Extra Achiever in sports, competitions, team player.
Well-presented individual, professional and dedicated.
