Job Summary
We are hiring a proactive and persuasive
Telecaller (English & Hindi)
for ourreal estate division
. The role involves handlinginbound and outbound calls, generating qualified leads, scheduling property viewings, and supporting sales closures
. Candidates withreal estate telecalling or telesales experience
will be given preference.Key Responsibilities:
Make
outbound calls
to prospective buyers, tenants, and investors. Handleinbound property inquiries
and provide accurate information. Generate and qualifyleads for property sales and rentals
. Schedule and coordinateproperty viewings and meetings
for sales consultants. Maintain an updatedCRM/database of leads, prospects, and clients
. Achieve assignedlead generation, appointment booking, and sales conversion targets
. Follow up with clients to ensure strong engagement and customer satisfaction. Support the sales team withclosing deals and post-sales follow-ups
.Qualifications and Skills:
Languages:
Fluent inEnglish and Hindi
other language add on. Prior experience inreal estate telecalling, telesales, or customer service
highly preferred. Strong knowledge ofDubai/UAE property market trends
is an added advantage. Excellentcommunication, persuasion, and negotiation skills
. Target-driven with the ability to meetsales and call KPIs
. Familiarity withCRM software, MS Office, and online lead portals
(Bayut, Property Finder, Dubizzle) preferred. Ability to work in afast-paced, high-performance sales environment
