Requirements:
Proven experience in a telesales or direct sales leadership role (hospitality experience preferred).
Strong knowledge of loyalty or membership programs.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Ability to analyze sales metrics and produce actionable reports.
Based in the UAE.
