About the Role:
In this pivotal role, you will be the first point of contact for our patients, providing exceptional service and seamlessly converting inquiries into confirmed appointments. You will play a key role in the clinic's growth and patient satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls in a professional and courteous manner.
Convert patient inquiries into scheduled appointments, effectively promoting our clinic's services.
Provide detailed information about our doctors, treatments, and services to potential patients.
Manage patient appointments, reminders, and follow-ups using our clinic management system.
Address and resolve patient queries and concerns with empathy and efficiency.
Achieve and exceed individual and team targets for call quality and conversion rates.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.
Guide and mentor junior call center agents, sharing best practices.
Who We Are Looking For (Qualifications & Experience):
Minimum 2-3 years
of experience in a call center environment,
preferably within a medical center, hospital, or healthcare provider.
A proven
background in sales or tele-sales
with a track record of meeting targets.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in
English
; knowledge of Arabic or other languages is a plus.
Empathetic, patient-focused, and able to handle sensitive situations with discretion.
Tech-savvy with experience in CRM or clinic management software.
MUST have own transferable visa.
