Job Description

Call Center Representative takes calls from customers answering questions or addressing any concerns they may have. They handle many inbound and outbound calls to and from customers, listening to customers' needs or issues and providing helpful solutions to their problems.

Call Center Representative complete customer service tasks that ensure customers have the information and assistance they need and maintain the company's positive reputation.

The role is made up of many varying responsibilities including:

Guide callers through troubleshooting, navigating the company site or using the products or services. Take customer calls and provide accurate, satisfactory answers to their queries and concerns.
Call clients and customers to inform them about the company's new products, services and policies.

Review customer or client accounts, providing updates and information about billing, shipping, warranties, and other account items. Help to train new employees and inform them about the company's customer management policies.
Requirement for Call Center Representative:

Minimum 1 year's relevant experience.

Language Proficiency Arabic and English.

Previous experience in customer service.

Demonstrable verbal, numeracy, and problem-solving skills.

Experience of working in a theatre or cinema setting.

General skills Call Center Representative should possess:

Computer literate.

Ability to communicate well with guests and team members.

Proficient typing skills required.

High level of attention to detail.

Team player qualities.

Enthusiasm to develop your own skills and knowledge.

Adaptability to change and willingness to embrace new ideas and processes.
