Job Description

Handle high volumes of calls, identify customer needs, and provide solutions. Follow communication guidelines while addressing unique customer issues. Offer accurate information about products, services, and policies. De-escalate difficult situations and provide support to customers. Maintain comprehensive records of interactions in the CRM system. Identify opportunities for upselling. Build positive customer relationships. Collaborate with others to enhance the customer service experience.
