UAE National (Emirati)
to join our team as a
Call Center Agent
in our dental clinic. If you enjoy helping people, have a warm communication style, and want to grow in a supportive healthcare environment, we would love to hear from you!
What You'll Do
Handle incoming calls and assist patients with enquiries
Schedule and manage appointments
Provide information about treatments, timings, and clinic policies
Coordinate with reception and clinical teams to ensure smooth patient flow
Maintain accurate records and follow communication protocols
What We're Looking For
Emirati candidates with a family book (required)
Strong communication skills in English
Friendly, professional, and patient-focused attitude
Basic computer skills (training provided)
Previous call center or customer service experience is an advantage, but not required
