Key Responsibilities:




Answer customer inquiries via phone or chat Provide accurate information and resolve issues efficiently Record customer interactions in the CRM system Escalate complex calls to supervisors when needed Meet individual and team performance goals

Qualifications:




High school diploma or equivalent Prior experience in customer service or a call center is a plus Clear verbal communication and active listening skills Basic computer proficiency and typing skills Ability to work flexible shifts
