Call Center Agent (English/Arabic)
We are seeking a Bilingual Call Center Agent (English/Arabic) with automotive industry experience and a strong background in tele-sales to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be confident, customer-focused, and capable of managing multiple communication channels efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound calls, chats, and emails in both Arabic and English.
Provide exceptional customer service and support, with a focus on automotive-related queries and services.
Engage in tele-sales activities, including lead follow-ups, product promotion, and closing sales.
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and ensure timely follow-up on open cases.
Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams.
Work effectively within a 24/7 rotational shift schedule.
Requirements:
Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written).
Minimum 1 year of call center experience (preferably in lead generation, automotive industry, or tele-sales).
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work under pressure in a shift-based environment.
Immediate joiners are highly preferred.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: AED3,500.00 per month

Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
