Provide accurate information regarding clinic services, promotions, physician availability, and procedures.
Handle patient inquiries, complaints, and requests efficiently, escalating issues when necessary.
Make outbound calls for appointment reminders, follow-ups, or patient satisfaction surveys.
Update patient records and appointment logs in the clinic's management system.
Maintain confidentiality of patient information in compliance with healthcare regulations.
Collaborate with front desk and clinical staff to ensure seamless patient coordination.
Meet performance metrics including call handling time, accuracy, and customer satisfaction.
