The Loft Beauty Salon is seeking a skilled and customer-focused
Call Centre Agent
to join our dynamic team in Dubai. As a Call Centre Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, ensuring an exceptional experience through efficient communication and professional service.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle incoming calls, emails, and messages from clients professionally and promptly.
Provide detailed information about our services, promotions, and packages.
Schedule, confirm, and modify appointments using the salon's booking system.
Address client inquiries, concerns, and complaints with empathy and professionalism.
Upsell services and products to maximize client satisfaction and revenue.
Maintain accurate client records and update appointment statuses in the system.
Collaborate with the salon team to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction.
Stay informed about salon offerings, team availability, and operational policies.
Follow up with clients to confirm appointments and gather feedback for continuous improvement.
Requirements:
Previous experience in a call center, customer service, or receptionist role (preferably in the beauty or hospitality industry).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficiency in using salon management software (e.g., Fresha or Zenoti) is advantageous.
Friendly, approachable, and client-focused demeanor.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle high call volumes.
Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays, as required.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
