Responsibilities:
Handle a high volume of phone calls daily
Answer inbound & outbound calls
Respond to WhatsApp inquiries
Book and confirm appointments
Follow up with patients and leads
Provide professional customer service
Requirements:
Previous call center experience
Fluent in English (Arabic as a native language)
Confident communication skills
Basic computer knowledge
