Call Center Agent / Customer Service Representative

Arabic speaker
with prior experience in healthcare-related call center operations, providing high-quality customer service and support to patients and clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound calls related to healthcare services
Assist patients with inquiries regarding appointments, medical services, insurance, and general healthcare information
Accurately document call details and patient information in the system
Coordinate with internal departments to resolve patient concerns efficiently
Follow healthcare compliance, confidentiality, and data protection standards
Maintain a high level of professionalism, empathy, and communication at all times
Meet performance targets and quality standards set by the company
Qualifications & Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of experience
as a Call Center Agent / Representative
Previous experience handling a healthcare account is mandatory
Fluent in Arabic
(spoken and written); English proficiency is an advantage
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, patient-focused environment
Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM/call center systems
Ability to work full-time on a fixed schedule
Preferred Skills:
Experience in medical centers, hospitals, or healthcare BPO accounts
Knowledge of healthcare terminology and patient coordination
Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities
