Call Center Representative / Admin Assistant

who excels at communication, follow-ups, and appointment confirmation.

Key Responsibilities

Call customers to

confirm, reschedule, and manage appointments

for car inspections and purchases Follow up with leads from

Facebook, Instagram, Google, and other online platforms

Accurately update and manage customer information in the

CRM system

Coordinate with inspection and purchasing teams to ensure seamless operations Maintain a high level of professionalism in all customer interactions Track daily call activity, appointments, and performance metrics Support administrative tasks related to sales and scheduling
Requirements

Minimum

2 years of experience

in a call center, telemarketing, or customer service role
(automotive or sales experience is a strong advantage)

Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong follow-up, persuasion, and appointment-closing abilities Ability to handle high call volumes and work under pressure Strong organizational and CRM data-entry skills Punctual, disciplined, and target-oriented Team player with a proactive and positive attitude
