Responsibilities:
Answer and manage customer calls
Provide accurate information and support
Resolve complaints or escalate when needed
Document interactions in our system
Requirements:
Preferred OWN VISA
Call Center or customer service: minimum 1 year (Preferred)
Strong communication skills
Basic computer knowledge
Prior customer service experience is a plus
