Duties - Outbound Call Center Agent (Arabic Speaker)
Make
outbound calls in Arabic
to potential or existing customers from the provided call data list.
Work consistently from
9:30 AM to 5:30 PM
, handling call volumes as per daily targets.
Communicate clearly and professionally with customers to introduce and promote company products or services.
Maintain a high call rate and ensure efficient coverage of the
daily data list
provided
Ensure all communication complies with internal policies and local regulations.
