Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of the call center. Coordinate and schedule call center agents, ensuring coverage and efficient workflow. Handle incoming and outgoing calls, addressing inquiries, and providing information about our real estate services. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in our CRM system. Work closely with the sales and support teams to ensure timely and effective follow-up with clients. Assist in training and developing call center agents on best practices, particularly in real estate processes and terminology. Monitor call center performance metrics and suggest improvements for greater efficiency. Address any customer concerns or complaints promptly and professionally.

Requirements:

With experience as a Call Center Coordinator, preferably within the

real estate industry.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively. Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities. Familiarity with CRM systems and call center technology. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in the real estate industry, with a deep understanding of real estate processes, terminology, and customer needs. Previous supervisory or management experience in a call center environment.
