We are seeking experienced Pharmacists to join our call center team. The ideal candidates must have prior UAE work experience, and be confident handling customer interactions through calls and WhatsApp.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound patient/customer calls.
Provide accurate medical and product information in line with UAE regulations.
Assist customers with prescription inquiries, order placement, and follow-ups.
Manage WhatsApp queries promptly.
Coordinate with pharmacy branches and delivery teams to fulfill orders efficiently.
Requirements:
Must have experience in the UAE as a pharmacist/assistant pharmacist
Strong communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage).
Customer-focused with the ability to handle multiple queries simultaneously.
Comfortable using call center systems, WhatsApp Business, and pharmacy software.
Must have a strong knowledge of Medicine, Supplements and Skincare categories
