Job Description

Canadian University Dubai is seeking a passionate and service-driven Call Center Officer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a key part in delivering a world-class student experience across all communication channels - inbound and outbound, voice and non-voice.


Key Responsibilities:



Handle student inquiries via phone, email, and chat with professionalism and empathy. Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth communication and resolution. Provide support in both English and Arabic; strong bilingual skills required. Contribute to telemarketing and telesales efforts when needed. Operate within a shift-based schedule with rotational days off.

Ideal Candidate:



Minimum 2 years' experience in non-voice contact center + 1 year in voice-based support. C2 level English proficiency (C1 acceptable); fluent in Arabic. Typing speed of at least 50 words per minute. Excellent listening, interpersonal, and communication skills. Strong time management, adaptability, and customer-centric mindset. Experience in the education industry is a plus. Preferably based in Dubai.

Qualifications:



Bachelor's degree in a relevant field. At least 3 years of professional experience in a customer service or contact center role. High computer literacy and familiarity with multi-line phone systems.
