Essential Responsibilities and Duties:
Receive phone calls from customers and answer their inquiries regarding medical services.
Provide a clear and convincing explanation of services and offers, and convert potential customers' interest into actual appointments.
Manage and organize patient appointments using CRM and the center's booking software.
Follow up on leads and remind them of appointments.
Provide an exceptional customer experience that reflects the organization's professional and medical image.
Maintain the accuracy and confidentiality of patients' medical information.
Required Qualifications and Skills:
At least two years of experience in a call center, with medical or clinical experience preferred.
Excellent communication and persuasion skills (verbal and written).
Ability to deal with customers tactfully and professionally under pressure.
Good knowledge of online reservation systems and Microsoft Office programs.
Good command of Arabic (spoken and written), and basic English.
A pleasant, patient personality with a teamwork spirit.
