Requirements:
Must be currently in Bahrain
Minimum
5-10 years of experience
in call center operations
At least 4-5 years in the same field (F&B / restaurants / delivery operations)
Proven experience in handling:
Multi-branch order management
Customer complaints & service recovery
Aggregators (Talabat, Jahez, Careem, etc.)
Call center KPIs, queue handling, and workforce management
Strong leadership skills and ability to manage a large team
Excellent analytical & reporting skills
Ability to improve efficiency, reduce errors, and enhance service quality
