Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Call Center Manager to lead our customer service team at Parkonic. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily call center operations, ensuring excellent customer interactions, and driving continuous improvement to meet service goals.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise the daily operations of the call center to ensure efficient service delivery.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and team performance.
- Monitor call center metrics and KPIs, preparing regular reports for senior management.
- Recruit, train, and mentor call center staff to enhance skills and productivity.
- Handle customer escalations and resolve complex issues promptly and professionally.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations relevant to call center activities.
- Collaborate with other departments to improve overall customer experience and operational efficiency.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Call Center Manager or similar leadership role in customer service.
- Strong understanding of call center technology and performance metrics.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze data to make informed decisions and improve processes.
- Outstanding problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
- Proactive, customer-focused, and goal-oriented mindset.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field preferred.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED10,000.00 - AED15,000.00 per month
