We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Call Center Manager to lead and inspire our outbound calling team. Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Lead, manage, and inspire a team of outbound calling agents to consistently achieve and exceed set performance targets.

2. Develop and implement effective call center strategies to improve customer satisfaction and streamline operations.

3. Monitor and analyze performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and ensure KPI achievement.

4. Recruit, train, mentor, and retain high-performing call center staff.

5. Create and maintain a positive and motivating work environment that encourages collaboration and productivity.

6. Conduct performance reviews, provide constructive feedback, and support continuous staff development.

7. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex customer issues and enhance service delivery.

8. Manage budgets and resources efficiently to ensure operational excellence.

9. Drive initiatives for process improvements and innovative solutions to boost customer experience and business growth.

Desired Candidate Profile:

1. Experience: 2-5 years in call center operations, with at least 2 years in a leadership or management role.

2. Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (preferred).

3. Languages: Proficient in Hindi/English - additional languages will be a strong advantage.

4. Strong leadership qualities with the ability to inspire, guide, and retain a motivated team.

5. Expertise in CRM tools and call center technologies to optimize team performance and workflow.

6. Proven ability to achieve and exceed team targets while maintaining high customer satisfaction.

7. Exceptional problem-solving, adaptability, and resilience in a fast-paced environment.

8. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
