We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Call Center Representative to handle inbound and/or outbound calls. The ideal candidate will provide excellent customer service, resolve issues efficiently, and maintain a positive brand image through every interaction.
Key Responsibilities
Answer inbound calls and/or make outbound calls to customers
Provide accurate information about products, services, or policies
Resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and issues in a timely manner
Document customer interactions and update records in the system
Meet or exceed performance metrics such as call quality, resolution time, and customer satisfaction
Escalate complex issues to supervisors when necessary
Follow company procedures, scripts, and compliance guidelines
Maintain a professional and courteous tone at all times
Requirements

Fluent in
English & Arabic (spoken)
Visa 18 (Normal)
Good communication skills
Basic computer knowledge
Sales or call center experience is a plus
Provide information about products/services and answer inquiries
Maintain accurate customer records
Support the sales team to improve conversions
