Key Responsibilities:
Receive and process customer orders accurately via phone, online platforms, and delivery applications.
Coordinate orders efficiently with kitchen staff to ensure smooth workflow and timely preparation.
Assign orders to delivery drivers and monitor delivery progress to ensure on-time service.
Manage and update online platforms, websites, and delivery apps to ensure accurate menu information and availability.
Handle customer inquiries professionally and maintain a high standard of service.
Monitor order flow, identify issues, and resolve them promptly.
Maintain daily logs, reports, and coordination records.
Work closely with all departments to ensure seamless operations.
Requirements:
Previous experience in order handling, customer service, or delivery coordination is required.
Strong communication skills in
Arabic and English
(both preferred).
Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work under pressure.
Good knowledge of online platforms and delivery service applications.
Professional attitude, attention to detail, and strong organizational skills.
Must hold a valid educational certificate.
