Hiring - Call Center Agent (Arabic Speaker)
We are seeking an Arabic-speaking call center professional with a medical background to join our Dubai team. This role involves managing incoming customer contacts, delivering accurate clinical-related information, and ensuring a positive experience for callers while maintaining strict confidentiality.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound calls, queries & complaints - manage customer concerns professionally and calmly.
  • Provide high-quality, customer-focused service - give accurate information and help resolve issues.
  • Update database & document interactions - record call details and outcomes in the system.
  • Follow scripts, policies & processes - adhere to provided procedures and escalation pathways.
  • Meet team targets & ensure data confidentiality - work to achieve KPIs while protecting sensitive information.
Requirements:
  • Qualification: Graduate in Nursing, Pharmacy, or another medical field.
  • Language: Arabic speaker required (fluency in English is an advantage).
  • Attitude: Professional phone manner, reliable, and able to work within call center procedures.
