Position: Call Center Agent \xef\xbf\xbd Voice
Location: Sharjah \xef\xbf\xbd 9 hours shift, rotational shift (No night shift for ladies)

Role responsibility:

The job holder is responsible for answering customer calls, implementing initiatives, and providing the customer with professional customer service
Also, the job holder is responsible to provide customer suggestions to the Supervisor with prudence in order to maintain, and enhance company image

Customer Service:

\xef\xbf\xbd Make sure the customer is been provided with the right information.
\xef\xbf\xbd Researching required information using available resources. "Knowledge Management" in Sales Force
\xef\xbf\xbd Provide one-call resolution to all customers.
\xef\xbf\xbd Capture each and every customer interaction on the system.
\xef\xbf\xbd Ensure high-level customer service.
\xef\xbf\xbd Following up on complicated customer emails/chats where required.
\xef\xbf\xbd Take ownership of each call.

Administration:

\xef\xbf\xbd Enhance revenue by providing sales assistance through the use of basic, cross-selling, and up-selling sales techniques.
\xef\xbf\xbd Update him/herself with the product knowledge, and interactive Voice Response (IVR).
\xef\xbf\xbd Support Customer Hub Operation team.
\xef\xbf\xbd Works effectively within the team and contributes to a healthy team-oriented environment.
\xef\xbf\xbd Complete assigned tasks within given deadlines.
\xef\xbf\xbd Working in the shifts assigned to him/her by the line manager based on the business needs.

Qualifications:

High school completion.
Minimum 1 year experience in the same role

\xef\xbf\xbd Good interpersonal skills.
\xef\xbf\xbd Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
