Job Description

Key Responsibilities:



Answer incoming calls and respond to customer queries professionally. Make outbound calls to follow up on customer issues or promotions. Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions, and follow up to ensure resolution. Maintain accurate records of conversations and customer details. Meet performance metrics such as call handling time and customer satisfaction.

Requirements:



Proven experience in a call center or customer service role is a plus. Excellent communication skills in English and Tagalog. Strong problem-solving abilities and patience under pressure. Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems. Flexible to work in shifts, including weekends if required.
