Job Description

We are looking for a skilled and customer-focused Call Center Agent to manage inbound and outbound calls efficiently. The ideal candidate will handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and provide information about our products and services, ensuring a positive customer experience at all times.

Key Responsibilities:



Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries promptly. Make outbound calls to follow up with customers, if necessary. Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies. Handle customer complaints professionally and escalate complex issues when needed. Document all call information according to standard operating procedures. Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers. Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call targets and KPIs. Stay up to date with product knowledge and company updates.

Requirements:



Proven experience as a call center agent or in a similar customer service role. Excellent communication and active listening skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle high call volumes. Problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Basic computer skills (MS Office, CRM systems). Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends or holidays if required. High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree is a plus).
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED3,500.00 per month
