1. Position: Call Center Agent
(Arabic-speaking candidates only)
Overview:
We are seeking a professional and empathetic Call Center Agent to be the first point of contact for our patients. The ideal candidate will be fluent in Arabic and possess excellent communication skills to handle inquiries, appointments, and provide information about our hospital services.
Key Responsibilities:

• Handle incoming calls and inquiries from patients, families, and other stakeholders.
• Schedule, reschedule, and confirm patient appointments.
• Provide accurate information about hospital services, doctors, and departments.
• Assist with patient registration and update electronic medical records.
• Address and resolve patient concerns or escalate them to the appropriate department.
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to data protection policies.
• Achieve call center performance targets and quality standards.

Requirements:

• Fluency in Arabic (spoken and written) is mandatory. Proficiency in English is an advantage.
• Previous experience in a call center or customer service role, preferably in healthcare.
• Strong communication, listening, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using computer systems and call center software.
• Ability to work in shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in customer service is a plus.
