Job Description
Account Query Handler:
- Call center experience.
- Liaise with clients and ensure client queries are resolved.
- Handling Queries on fresh desk on daily basis and also incoming calls/emails.
- Ensure internal coordination are done and the ticket is closed in the given timeline.
- Customer and Solution focused approach
- Strong influencing skills
- Great English written and verbal communication
- Gender: Female preferred
- Salary: 5500 AED
Contract length: 6 months Salary: AED5,500.00 per month Ability to commute/relocate:
- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
