Job Description

We are looking for a Female Call Center Representative at LA VERDE PROPERTY MANAGEMENT. You will be the first point of contact for tenants, property owners, and potential clients. You will handle inbound and outbound calls, respond to inquiries, log maintenance requests, and provide outstanding customer service.

Key Responsibilities



Answer inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner Make outbound calls to follow up on service requests, lease renewals, or rental inquiries Log maintenance requests accurately and dispatch to the appropriate departments Provide information about available properties, rental policies, and company services Resolve tenant issues or escalate to the appropriate department when necessary Maintain detailed records of conversations and customer interactions in the CRM system Stay informed on company policies, procedures, and current property listings Meet performance targets related to call handling, customer satisfaction, and response times

Qualifications



High school diploma or equivalent required Previous customer service or call center experience preferred (especially in real estate or property management) Excellent communication and active listening skills Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail Comfortable working with call center software, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
